Dear Buyers,

With an average of 2+ years into the development of each of our projects, it's been with great reluctance that we're now making the decision to sell. We have no regrets, though, and with two weddings just over the horizon, it's for an excellent cause. As one of our co-workers so eloquently puts it, "Happy wife, happy life".

Working as partners with 2 other young men and a highly talented team in an Internet Startup, we've been learning the meaning of sacrifice as we've put the interest of the company above our own. While we've seen the potential in each of our personal projects and we've put the time and energy into watching them grow, we've learned that, just as we've learned to be careful with our spending, we must be careful with our time. With our focus on web development, dividing our time to pursue our interest in niche marketing right now isn't wise.

The niche projects must go.

Some of our websites are just "ideas", a domain with a plan. Others are well developed and just itching for some undivided attention.

In addition to the obvious potential you can find in the various revenue and traffic histories we'll be providing, the real potential you'll find is in the business plans we've laid out for each project in the future. Each of the plans gives life to a project that, if given the right attention by the right team, will yield exponential rewards. We've seen this to be true in our experience thus far and we know it to be true again.
